Accounting Coordinator – Full-Time

Provides timely efficient office support and accounting services to all management and leadership personnel as requested by the General Manager.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience. Resort/National Park experience preferred.

Guest Service Attendant – Part-Time

Provide extraordinary hospitality to all guests and visitors relating to tours and company programs in addition to front desk duties involving efficient and timely reservations, check-ins/check-outs. Be an effective information resource regarding Park attractions and items of interest.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 (one) year front desk/room registration experience. National Park/Resort experience preferred.

Host – Full-Time

Responsible for greeting and seating guests and processing payments in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the Company’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum (6) moths in a restaurant establishment.  Resort and/or National Park Concession preferred.

Seasonal GSA Porter – Full-Time

As the guest’s first and last impression of the hotel, provides exemplary customer service ensuring each and every guest experience is flawless and memorable.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum (1) year front of house experience. Resort and/or National Park Concession preferred.

Busser/Runner – Full-Time

Responsible for cleaning areas in the restaurant/ bar and work stations and delivering food in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the Company’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum (6) months in a restaurant establishment.

Beverage Station – Full-Time

Responsible for preparing and serving restaurant beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a timely and efficient manner and in compliance with all laws and regulations as well as per Company guidelines.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment. Resort/National Park Concession preferred.

Dishwasher – Full-Time

Provide a clean and safe kitchen area, according to Company procedures, keeping the dish-room and equipment clean and organized at all times.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 18 years or older.

Experience: None required.

Cook – Full-Time

Responsible for preparing food items in accordance with corporate recipes and established standards in the Company’s efforts to deliver extraordinary hospitality.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Culinary training/experience (1 year minimum) including line stations such as saute, grill, and expediting.

Lead Cook – Full-Time

Assist the Kitchen/Food & Beverage Manager in ensuring that all kitchen staff are trained in proper cooking techniques and sanitation guidelines per Corporate policies to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3 (three) years F&B experience. POS experience. ServeSafe certification required

Baker – Full-Time

Responsible for preparing baked goods in accordance with established recipes and Company standards. This is an overnight position.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum three (3) years baking experience preferred.
